The Co-op
In 2016, a committee of women was formed by the co-op to distribute loans; these funds enable producers to improve their own land while also taking part in new developments for their kitchens, crafts and livestock. They also created a computer lab which allows all members to stay up-to-date with modern technology.

- Shade grown in: Cajamarca, Peru
- Elevation: 1500 to 1750 meters
- Process: Fully washed, Patio drying
- Varietals: Catimor, Caturra, Mundo Novo, Typica
- Harvest: May - September
