The Farm

Jim’s Organic Timor is sourced from the Cooperativa Haburas Kafe Organiku, a co-op of 2,172 farmers. Each farm averages a bit over a hectare of land each, with an altitude of 1,000-1,400 meters above sea level. Developed through a grant project, all farmers were trained extensively in pre- and post-harvest practices, nursery management, workplace gender equality, and financial literacy. This motivated and dedicated group of farmers work hard to produce amazing harvest after harvest - all Certified Organic and Fair Trade Certified.

This is such a lovely balanced brew, could not be happier.

Delicious!

When I read the description I thought I have to try it. I was not disappointed.
Tasted great and the kitchen smelled of coffee with a little cocoa.
Love it!
