Honduras GEA: A 2026 Limited Edition Organic Micro Lot Coffee from Women Producers
Honduras GEA is Jim’s Organic Coffee’s 2026 Limited Edition Light Roast, an organic micro lot coffee from Honduras sourced from more than 400 women coffee producers. This regional blend highlights sustainable farming, biodiversity, and a bright, juicy cup profile that reflects the care and craftsmanship of its origin.
Sourced from multiple cooperatives across Honduras and curated by Neumann Kaffee Gruppe exporter BECAMO, Honduras GEA brings together high-elevation coffees selected for balance, clarity, and quality.

This coffee is produced by over 400 women farmers who play an essential role in their cooperatives and communities. Many begin their days before sunrise, caring for their families and homes before tending to their coffee farms. The name GEA is inspired by the Greek goddess of the earth and mother of all creation, reflecting the producers’ deep connection to the land and their strength, resilience, and commitment to coffee cultivation.
Honduras GEA is grown using certified organic and sustainable farming practices. Coffee plants are tended by hand and grown alongside timber and fruit trees, creating shaded, biodiverse farms. This approach helps retain soil moisture, supports healthy ecosystems, and enhances both plant health and cup quality.
Roasted as a light roast, Honduras GEA delivers a bright and vibrant cup with tasting notes of green apple and toffee, complemented by a juicy acidity. Each sip reflects the care, knowledge, and dedication of the women who produced it.

Honduras GEA is available for a limited time and offers an opportunity to experience organic Honduran coffee rooted in women-led production and sustainable agriculture.
