This coffee is: satisfying, rich, without after-bite, balanced, tasty. I started buying it in 2016 and when I travel and need to drink other coffees for the duration, I can't wait to get back home to my Jim's Guatamalen. When friends have coffee at my house their eyes open wide and they remark how good it is. I normally don't like the same foods and bevs every day, except for this coffee. Morning or throughout the day.

My husband and I drink coffee every day and we switch it up all the time. I drank this without knowing anything about it and said, "OMG this is fantastic!" Wonderful flavor and among the smoothest coffees I've ever tasted. I don't want to overstate, but it was kind of a revelation 😍

Probably the most balanced coffee you'll ever try, perfectly bodied, no after-bite at all, actually you can almost taste the crisp clean Rain forest in the coffee,. Makes me want to open my own Coffee Barista! To share with the work, great work Jim, that's off to you and the farmers of Guatemala!

I brewed this coffee using a coarse grind and a pour over brewing method. The best way I can describe it is like this... It is very much the perfect everyday coffee. Very smooth, nothing overwhelming, but very nice taste and balance. I could drink it anytime and be satisfied.

Excellent taste! I enjoy darker roasts, but this one was perfect for medium roasted coffee. Reminded me of the smoothness of colombian-santa-marta-montesierra-coffee roasted coffees with little bite.

I found Jim’s Guatemalan coffee by accident. I was on a trip to Orlando and stopped by a Publix supermarket to get some snacks. I saw the bean dispenser in one of the aisles and got curious. . I figured I would give it a try since it smelled so nice and bought 1/8 of a lb. . It turned out to be one of the best I have had. At the end of my trip I went back and got about a pound and figured I would find it at my local Publix in S FL. I was sad to find out none of my local stores had it. Now I am happy to subscribe to a monthly shipment of this wonderful coffee.

I bought a 5lb bag of the Guatemalan roast.So happy I did. I have been experimenting with different coffees from many different providers. This is by far the best coffee I have found in this price range. As soon as we finish the 5lbs we have I am ordering another bag. Smooth and rich. It is great coffee.

Currently my favorite coffee. I typically buy a bag and use it up, then get a different roast from a different company. The Guatemalan roast is the first time I immediately bought another bag because I loved it so much!

I am a coffee junky. My day isn’t complete unless I have enjoyed a truly good cup of coffee. I worked for Starbucks when I was younger and loved their obsession and appreciation of coffee. I am not a Dunkin Donuts fan at all. Their coffee tastes like dish water. I stumbled upon this particular coffee by Jim’s while dining at The Farmer’s Daughter in Easton. For me, it was one of the best cups of coffee I have ever had. It has such a smoothness to it yet also bursts with flavor. I know it sounds absurd but you can actually taste the time and love put into it. It’s a fantastic single origin coffee. I immediately ordered it online and had my first French pressed cup of it this morning, I am a happy camper! I look forward to trying other coffees by Jim’s.
