I buy this at a local grocery that carries a full line of Jim’s coffee and brews a few varieties daily. It is not too acidic, hits the sweet spot for a medium roast. Great flavor too.

I love Jim's Colombian coffee and drink it every morning! And when I travel out if town, I take it with me!!

I always return to Jim's Organic Coffee specifically for this Columbian blend. It makes for a delicious black cup! Plus, I really love the option for buying bags in 5lbs instead of 12oz for the convenience.

With the trends of lighter roasts, and funkiness that I'm just sick of... this is just good coffee. Bought from grocery store to fill the gap between waiting for mail order beans. I might order fresh from the website since I'm sure my bag was months off roast. This is darker than medium roast. It was even a tad oily it was so dark. But, easy to brew and came out great every time even with different grind sizes and slight changes to water temp. Doing pourover and Switch recipes mostly.

This is a staple in our home! We have 5lbs of this regularly delivered because it’s just that good. We love the medium, full-bodied flavor, but we especially love that it’s a good, clean cup of coffee. No strange headaches, no jitters.

Bought this in a grocery store and there is no roast date on the bag so it was likely stale before I bought it. That being said it's absolutely the best grocery store coffee I've had. After dialing in with my espresso maker (20g in, 36g out, 15 second pre infusion, plus 25 second pull at around 8 bars) I do still get some sweetness, though I don't get milk chocolate notes. The tasting notes that I'm getting are dates and a slight taste of cinnamon. Again, this is very good for grocery store coffee, I'd be interested to try this more freshly roasted.

My family has been buying Jim's Organic Coffee since the mid 90's and I recently got back into buying whole beans. The Columbian Santa Marta single origin was my first bag in years and I can confidently say, this is the best coffee I have ever tried. Brewed in an Aeropress. I will be buying more very soon!

This is a great roast. I'm on a quest to try as many roasters are possible and it'll be hard to not keep a bag of this in the freezer.

I absolutely love this coffee. It has no bitter after taste and a rich flor and color. I’ve had coffee from Colombia before and it’s very good but not like this organic blend. Please do not get rid of this. I’ve tried it for the first time and I’m never buying another kind again. Btw please disregard my other message looking for it lol I didn’t look further into the shop.

Please, never change the way you make Jim’s colombian-santa-marta-montesierra-coffee whole bean coffee ! It tastes like “Real Coffee” should. Before tasting yours, I was buying a different brand name coffee, for years, then all of a sudden one bag tasted different. Thought maybe just me, but when Husband tried it he agreed, not good. Bought another a few weeks later and same thing, bad and weak tasting. From that point on tried different brands, and just horrible flavor, bitter and aroma not like true coffee. Found your brand tried it and oh my god, THE BEST ! It is so good that I tried making cold brew also, at home. Everyone has commented how great it is , and I will never buy another coffee again ! So Please don’t change anything about your coffee. It is the smoothest , non bitter tasting, coffee I have ever had !! Thank You

Best coffee hands down. I’ve been trying different coffees for a few years now and finally found the very best. This is my first Jim’s blend and absolutely love it. I will try some of the others as well! Thank you for a good cup of brew!

Best organic coffee!

I think this coffee is closer to dark roast than medium roast, and I don’t like the taste of the roast to be stronger than the taste of the coffee, which in my opinion is the case with this coffee. I won’t be buying it a 2nd time.

I'm colombian-santa-marta-montesierra-coffee and I've tried good coffee from many parts of the country, I cannot get enough of Jim´s Santa Marta, it's the best coffee EVER.

I started drinking coffee late in life, 45. The first few years I drank coffee, I would try a different brand each time the last ran out. That is how I came to Jim’s colombian-santa-marta-montesierra-coffee Santa Marta. Since that time, Jim’s is all I buy. The search for my favorite coffee ended with Jim’s. This is a world class coffee. If all coffee was so delicious, I would have formed my coffee habit a lot earlier in life. Thank you Jim’s!

Words cannot describe the taste, texture, smell, and mouth feel of this coffee. This medium roast was well oiled. Full bodied flavor with just the right hint of acidity (hard to find in a single origin)! The other reviewers are right, I am never going back to other brands. I am excited to try the other Jim's organic varieties! Glad to be supporting organic, and dedicated people who really care about all the steps in making really good coffee from farm to table.
