Colombian

I buy this at a local grocery that carries a full line of Jim’s coffee and brews a few varieties daily. It is not too acidic, hits the sweet spot for a medium roast. Great flavor too.

I always return to Jim's Organic Coffee specifically for this Columbian blend. It makes for a delicious black cup! Plus, I really love the option for buying bags in 5lbs instead of 12oz for the convenience.

With the trends of lighter roasts, and funkiness that I'm just sick of... this is just good coffee. Bought from grocery store to fill the gap between waiting for mail order beans. I might order fresh from the website since I'm sure my bag was months off roast. This is darker than medium roast. It was even a tad oily it was so dark. But, easy to brew and came out great every time even with different grind sizes and slight changes to water temp. Doing pourover and Switch recipes mostly.

This is a staple in our home! We have 5lbs of this regularly delivered because it’s just that good. We love the medium, full-bodied flavor, but we especially love that it’s a good, clean cup of coffee. No strange headaches, no jitters.
