Single Origin Notes

Guatemala holds a special place in Jim's heart because of the work we have done at the school in Tzanchaj. With the help of our charity partner Child Aid, we have built and stocked a library, supported teacher training and a literacy program, and then brought that same programming to a neighboring school in Panabaj. Description

This single-origin coffee features "black forest cake" tasting notes. A big, balanced taste with complex chocolate and berry notes.

Nine years and never want to change it up

This coffee is: satisfying, rich, without after-bite, balanced, tasty. I started buying it in 2016 and when I travel and need to drink other coffees for the duration, I can't wait to get back home to my Jim's Guatamalen. When friends have coffee at my house their eyes open wide and they remark how good it is. I normally don't like the same foods and bevs every day, except for this coffee. Morning or throughout the day.

Flavorful, smooth - delicious

My husband and I drink coffee every day and we switch it up all the time. I drank this without knowing anything about it and said, "OMG this is fantastic!" Wonderful flavor and among the smoothest coffees I've ever tasted. I don't want to overstate, but it was kind of a revelation 😍

The Best coffee you will ever have, I always order on time, so I don't run out, a perfect cup of coffee always comes from Jims!

I brewed this coffee using a coarse grind and a pour over brewing method. The best way I can describe it is like this... It is very much the perfect everyday coffee. Very smooth, nothing overwhelming, but very nice taste and balance. I could drink it anytime and be satisfied.
