At Jim’s Organic Coffee, our coffee is crafted with purpose and care, and the same goes for our people. Behind every roast, every delivery, and every bag packed with love, there’s a hardworking human making it all happen. And today, we’re raising our mugs to the dads of Jim’s.
From diaper changes to dog walks, from packing lunch boxes to packing pallets, the father figures on our team do it all. Whether they're proud papas to little ones, teenagers, or four-legged best friends, these guys bring the same dedication to their roles at Jim’s as they do at home.
In honor of Father’s Day, we’re spotlighting the Dads of Jim’s: each with their own story, their own brew preference, and their own reason to be celebrated. Get to know the fathers (and dog-dads) who help make our coffee company what it is!

Devis brings strength and a warm heart to everything he does at Jim’s. He’s a go-to guy on the production floor, and at home. He’s always appreciated!
☕ Gregg – Head Roaster

Gregg leads our roasting team with the same care and precision he brings to fatherhood. His favorite coffee? A bright and flavorful Ethiopian, balanced and lively.
☕ Luke – Lead Shipper
Favorite Coffee: Colombian
Whether he’s making sure your orders go out on time or making memories swimming with his pup Rosie, Luke is always on point.
☕ Jose – Production Team & Packaging Operator
Favorite Coffee: Colombian
Jose is a steady, behind-the-scenes force at Jim’s. He keeps things running smoothly while being a proud dad and mentor at home. He is essential to everything we do.
☕ Rene – Production Team & Packaging Operator
Favorite Coffee: Costa Rican
Rene’s an asset on the production floor. He’s all about that smooth Costa Rican roast: balanced, and bright, perfect for walks with the dog or a slow morning at home.
☕ John – Director of Operations

John keeps the operation humming like a well-oiled machine and somehow manages to stay one step ahead: both at work and at home. He runs on our cold brew cans (because, efficiency), and we’re convinced he has superpowers.

Nick is always on the move, making sure our partners and customers are well taken care of. He’s also a proud dad who somehow finds time to juggle both work and family life seamlessly. His go-to is our Guatemalan: bold, dependable, and full of heart.

As the founder of Jim’s Organic Coffee, Jim is the dad of it all: this company, and yes, actual kids too, and now his first grandkid! Whether he’s checking on sourcing partners or tasting on the cupping table, Jim brings a fatherly dedication to every detail. His favorite blend? All of them. Don’t make him choose.
