Iced Latte at Home

Learn how to make the perfect iced latte at home with our step-by-step guide.


WHAT YOU NEED: Espresso Machine | Whole Bean Coffee | Scale | Tamper | Cup | Milk of Choice | Ice    

Step 1.

Warm Up the Machine: Turn on your machine and let it preheat
(if needed). Run a blank shot (no coffee) to warm up the portafilter and group head.

Step 2.

Grind & Dose the Coffee: Use the built-in grinder (if your model has one). Dose around 18 grams of espresso into the portafilter. Level and tamp evenly with firm pressure.

Step 3.

Pull the Espresso Shot: Lock in the portafilter. Start the shot— aim for a 20-30 second extraction time. You should yield about 2 oz (a double shot) of espresso. Set aside.

Step 4.

Build the Drink: Fill the cup ¾ of the way with ice. Add your espresso. Add cold milk to the glass. Stir to mix. Enjoy!
