JIM's notes...
Single Origin Notes
This special micro-lot organic coffee comes from the Women Coffee Extension (WCE) at the Mbizi Coffee Washing Station.
The cooperative offers its members vital services like family planning, nutrition programs, and agricultural training. They also provide livestock to members, with future goals to expand health insurance, open a nursery school, and build a sewing center for local youth. These initiatives are truly life-changing for this community.
Jim’s roasts this coffee light to highlight the exceptional unique taste notes of brown sugar, kiwi, and raspberry.
