So your Jim's Organic Coffee has arrived at your doorstep... now what? For many of us, our home kitchen has replaced our favorite coffee shop. So how do we brew café quality coffee, every morning?

Given the very nature of our business - roasting and selling high quality organic coffee - we can’t help but to grow. And as a company who has been doing this for some time (almost 25 years), we knew that we needed new equipment to continue to push the envelope and bring you the finest cup possible.

Changes are starting to take place at the school in Panabaj, Guatemala, where our charity partner Child Aid is implementing literacy and teacher training programming. Since the launch of our 4 year support program in January, over 450 books have been delivered to the school, and teacher training is already making a difference for both teachers and students.
