Organic Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew at Home - Non Dairy

As we fully embrace the crisp breeze that autumn brings, it’s time to celebrate the season's most anticipated indulgence: Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew.

This recipe blends the comfort of our Organic Pumpkin Spice Coffee and the refreshing chill of cold brew. If you don’t believe us, try it for yourself. You will FALL in love!🍂☕️✨


What you'll need:

  • Jim’s Organic Pumpkin Spice Coffee - Available until November 1st! 
  • French Press or Brewing Container of your choice (something that can hold all of your water and coffee)
  • Filter (only need depending on brewing container)
  • Large Spoon
  • Filtered Water
  • Scale 
  • Your favorite non-dairy milk of choice! 

Step 1: Measure

Using a scale , weigh your coffee according to the chart. We always recommend weighing your coffee, though if you don’t have access to a scale, you can use our measurements to eyeball it. 

*Note: We are making a concentrate, so if the amount of coffee seems like a lot, it is and you’re on the right track! 

Step 2: Add Coffee

Add the ground pumpkin spice coffee and room temperature or cold filtered water to the French press or brewing container of your choice. Stir with a spoon so that all the grounds are saturated. 

Step 3: Steep for 14-16 hours

Let the coffee steep in the French press or brewing container of your choice for 14-16 hours in the refrigerator.

Step 4: Filter

If you are using a brewing container other than a french press, filter the coffee after the 14-16 hours are over. Some options include cheese cloth, coffee filter, fine mesh strainer, or a mesh bag to filter out the grounds. 

If you are using a french press, slowly press down on the plunger to separate the coffee grounds from the filtered water once the 14-16 hours are over.

Step 5: Add water

Tadaa! You now have delicious Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew concentrate.

Pour half a glass of the concentrate over ice and add cold water almost to the top (leave some room for cream/milk) at about a 1:1 ratio. 

Step 6: Add non-dairy creamer

Add your favorite Pumpkin Spice non dairy milk and top off with pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon. Delicious!

Place the leftover cold brew concentrate in the fridge, it is good for 10 days!
